Abu Dhabi plans to cement itself as a luxury destination

Abu Dhabi offers culture, innovation and impressive hotels marking it as a luxury destination, and it's continuing to grow. Next year, 1,600 new hotel rooms will be available as spa hotels open their doors. Abu Dhabi is already home to several five star hotels.

Abu Dhabi has many cultural offerings to entice tourists visiting the luxury destination. The Guggenheim in Abu Dhabi will boast spectacular architecture, with angular structures inviting visitors in. The Guggenheim museum in Abu Dhabi will be the largest in the world, and the museum is still currently under development.

Another impressive construction that marks Abu Dhabi as a luxury destination is the Louvre, which will have a distinctive domed roof. The Louvre is set to open in 2012 to showcase world class art - Abu Dhabi plans to spend €400 million on their own art collection.

The recently opened Ferrari World is a draw for thrill seekers and car lovers alike. Ferrari World is the biggest indoor theme park in the world, and the impressive Ferrari red structure is a jewel in the desert. Lap up some of the attractions on offer, from the nail biting Rosso rollercoaster that accelerates as fast as a real Formula 1 race car, to the G Force ride, that will literally take your breath away!

Abu Dhabi is a luxury destination that is a great place to relax on the beach. White sand creeps into the Persian Gulf where the water is pleasantly warm. And there is also a range of water sports on offer, including sailing, windsurfing and jet skiing.
