We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions to answer most of the queries you may have regarding our travel insurance products.

We deal with all of our queries by e-mail, and we endeavour to respond to your query within 24-hours for queries received Monday to Thursday, and by midnight on Monday for queries received Friday to Sunday. If we don't, we'll send you a 10 Marks & Spencer voucher.
Policy queries
If you are an existing policy holder and you have a query regarding your policy, please complete our online enquiry form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Making a claim
Please go to the claims page, where you will be given details of what you need to do.
Alternatively, call ONE Claims Ltd on +44 (0)870 0342 098 with your policy number, and a claims handler will be happy to assist you. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
