We deal with all of our queries by e-mail, and we endeavour to respond to your query within 24-hours for queries received Monday to Thursday, and by midnight on Monday for queries received Friday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays). If we don't, we'll send you a £10 Marks & Spencer voucher.

If you have purchased a policy and have a medical emergency during a trip or need to return home unexpectedly, call ONE Assist Ltd 24 hours a day / 365 days a year and they will help you. Their number appears on the policy wording.
(Please note: ONE Assist Ltd is an independent Medical Emergency Service and will not entertain general enquiries. Their number is strictly for medical emergencies and curtailments only and must not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
