Natural Catastrophe - cover and benefits

  • Cover for cancellation up to £1500 per person
    Provides cover for non-refundable, unused travel, accommodation and holiday services, if the public transport that you are booked on eg. Flight, is cancelled due to a natural catastrophe, preventing you from using those holiday services.
  • Additional expenses up to £150 per day (£1,500 in total) per person
    Cover for additional accommodation costs (room only) and transport expenses incurred in reaching your holiday destination or reaching home, if the public transport you are booked on is cancelled or delayed by more than 24 hours and no reasonable alternative is offered to you.
  • Replacement accommodation up to £150 per day (£1,500 in total) per person
    Reimbursement for extra accommodation costs (room only) incurred during your holiday due to circumstances beyond your control.
  • Travel delay £25 per 12 hours (maximum £250) per person
    Travel delay is a benefit designed to help with additional expenses incurred at the airport if your flight is delayed, such as additional food and drink. It is payable if your transport is delayed or cancelled at any international departure point from or to the UK.
