The lucky winner and a guest will be awarded a trip to the US meet all five of the girls at the plane's naming ceremony in December, with luxury accommodation for the duration of their stay.

Sir Richard Branson, President of Virgin Atlantic, commented: "We're delighted to offer one of our planes for the unique ceremony, especially since the name will be chosen by Spice Girl fans worldwide.

"Whichever name wins, one thing is for sure - you would be plane crazy to miss out on the opportunity to take part."

Virgin Atlantic has a long tradition of giving its fleet of 38 unique and irreverent names, which include Scarlet Lady, Pretty Woman and Miss Behavin'!
