Modish tourists are expected to make Dubai their holiday destination of choice when a new development exclusively devoted to fashion opens.
As its name suggests, the Isla Moda development will occupy an entire island and will combine five-star hotels with a host of fashionable boutiques.
Meanwhile, once operational the area will play host to catwalk shows from some of the world's top designers as well as exclusive product launches of high-end fashion accessories.
And those in need of fashion advice are catered for too, in the form of a style concierge to offer counsel on the latest styles and perfumes.
Samira Abdulrazzak, chief executive of developers Dubai Inifnity Holdings, said: "Dubai is witnessing a boom in the property, tourism and retail sectors, and Isla Moda fits in ideally with this development.
"This first-of-a-kind project will cement Dubai's position as one of the top fashion and lifestyle destinations in the world."
