How to submit a claim

If you wish to make a claim, please download the appropriate form and fill it in accurately. Send your completed form, along with any supporting documentation to:

Once you have submitted your claim, you will hear back from us within 5 working days. You will receive one of the following:

• Confirmation that the claim will be covered under the terms of the policy
• A request for additional information to support your claim and why it is needed
• Or a clear explanation why the claim is not covered under the terms of the policy

If you claim is approved, you will receive full payment within 10 working days.
